Path 2 Apprenticeships — Building Skills, Creating Opportunities
Our Path 2 Apprenticeships programme, fully funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority, connects employers in Coventry and the Black Country with motivated 19–29-year-olds looking to kickstart meaningful careers.
We work with employers to co-design apprenticeship opportunities paying at least the National Living Wage, while providing learners with digital, sustainability, and employability skills. This ensures employers have a pool of confident, work-ready candidates, and learners gain the skills and support needed to succeed.
Whether you’re an employer looking to grow your own talent or a young person seeking a career pathway, our programme provides tailored training, mentoring, and guaranteed interview opportunities.

Path 2 Apprenticeship Success: Matthew’s Journey 👨🍳
With a passion for cooking but no clear route into hospitality, Matthew joined our Path 2 Apprenticeships programme. Training, guidance, and hands-on experience at The Town Crier gave him the skills and confidence to succeed.
With barriers removed and a trial shift secured, Matthew landed an apprenticeship as a chef and is now thriving in his dream career.
