What is Path 2 Apprenticeships?
Path 2 Apprenticeships is a fully-funded programme, supported by the West Midlands Combined Authority, created for individuals aged 19–29 living in Coventry and the Black Country who are ready to take the next step towards a meaningful career through an apprenticeship.
You’ll receive tailored training in digital skills, sustainability, and essential workplace skills, all designed to help you build confidence and prepare for the world of work. The programme offers friendly support, flexible learning, and practical experience to help you discover a career path that’s right for you.
On successful completion, you’ll have the chance to move into an apprenticeship paying at least the National Living Wage, giving you real opportunities for your future.
