March marked the end of some impactful programmes at Workpays, as we wrapped up our Multiply provision and parts of UKSPF delivery. These contracts have supported hundreds of individuals with skills, confidence, and clear pathways into work — and we’re incredibly proud of the outcomes achieved.

We also marked International Women’s Day — a timely reflection of our inclusive culture, with a leadership team made up predominantly of women. At Workpays, we champion growth at every level, empowering both our people and our partners to lead with purpose and impact.

As always, thank you for being part of our journey.

CONTRACT SPOTLIGHT

Apprenticeships Built for Progress

At Workpays, we offer a wide range of apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5, designed to equip individuals with real-world skills and support businesses in developing confident, capable teams. From Customer Service and HR to Project Management and Regulatory Compliance, our programmes are tailored to meet sector-specific needs.

We’re proud to be one of the nation’s first providers of fully green courses, embedding Fusion Skills across all apprenticeships. Rated Good by Ofsted and judged Excellent by our employers, we’re also a three-time winner of FE News and AELP awards.

“Workpays care; they care for the learners, and they care for their relationship with us… We see Workpays as an extension of our in-house training and development function.”

— Paul Wright, Early Careers Lead, The Co-operative Bank

GOOD NEWS STORY

Skills That Stick at Gulliver’s Kingdom

Our partnership with Gulliver’s Kingdom is a great example of how tailored training and hands-on delivery can lead to real opportunity. Learners took part in a bespoke customer service course delivered on-site at the Derbyshire theme park — gaining practical experience, industry insights, and guaranteed job interviews upon completion.
The course boosted learners’ confidence, helped them picture life in a customer-facing role, and left the employer genuinely impressed with the experience.
