Skills Bootcamps in Worcestershire

Delivered in partnership with Worcestershire County Council, the Skills Bootcamp is a fully funded four-week programme helping individuals across the region gain the skills and experience needed to move into employment.


We recruit, train, and prepare candidates specifically for your sector. Employers agree to offer a guaranteed interview to all successful completers and hire those who are the right fit for their business. Training is bespoke — we work with you to ensure candidates are prepared to your standards and requirements from day one.


The programme is completely free for employers. There is no cost and no obligation beyond the interview.

Funding & Eligibility

This programme is funded by Worcestershire County Council through the Government's Skills for Life initiative.​

To qualify, participants must:​

​

✔️ Be aged 19 or over
✔️ Be unemployed or on a low income
✔️ Not hold a Level 3 qualification in the relevant sector
✔️ Be willing and able to commute to your site in Worcestershire
