Skills Bootcamp in Worcestershire
Delivered in partnership with Worcestershire County Council, this is a fully funded four-week programme designed to help individuals gain the skills, confidence, and qualifications needed to move into employment across Construction, Warehousing, and Hospitality.
Training is delivered virtually over four weeks, Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm. You will receive hands-on employability coaching, support with your CV and cover letter, and a guaranteed interview with a local employer on completion.
This course is completely free. There is no cost to you at any point.

Funding & Eligibility
This Skills Bootcamp is completely free for eligible individuals, funded by Worcestershire County Council as part of the Government's Skills for Life initiative.
Applicants must:
✔️ Be aged 19 or over
✔️ Be unemployed or on a low income
✔️ Not hold a Level 3 qualification in the sector you are applying for
✔️ Be willing and able to commute to job roles within Worcestershire
