Path 2 Apprenticeships?
Path 2 Apprenticeships is a government initiative that helps employers access young people who are trained around real apprenticeship vacancies before they start.
You tell us about the role you need to fill, and we prepare learners with the skills, confidence and workplace understanding needed to step into your business.
This gives you a more supported route to entry-level hiring, while helping young people move into meaningful work. Eligible employers may also be able to receive up to £3,000 in additional government funding support.
Zero Cost to Employers
Our programme is fully funded through the West Midlands Combined Authority. There’s no financial commitment for you.
Bespoke Training
You can have as much input into the training as you like — take full control of the course content or leave it all to us.

How It Works

Our team will work with you to co-design a bespoke programme that ensures learners are trained in the exact skills your business requires. This way, when candidates arrive, they’re motivated, prepared, and aligned with your company’s needs.
Our candidates are:
