What is Path 2 Apprenticeships?
Path 2 Apprenticeships is a fully-funded programme, supported by the West Midlands Combined Authority, designed to help employers across Coventry and the Black Country connect with motivated individuals aged 19–29 who are ready to take their first steps into an apprenticeship.
Candidates can receive tailored training across Health & Care, Construction, Warehousing, Hospitality, Childcare, Business Administration, Digital, and Manufacturing & Engineering, ensuring they’re prepared for your business needs. Working closely with you, we co-design programmes that reduce recruitment risks and enable you to trial candidates before committing, helping secure the right fit.
On successful completion of the programme, individuals transition smoothly into an apprenticeship, earning at least the National Living Wage — allowing your business to grow while delivering social value to local communities.
