What is Path 2 Apprenticeships?
Path 2 Apprenticeships is a fully-funded programme, supported by the West Midlands Combined Authority, designed to help employers across Coventry and the Black Country connect with motivated individuals aged 19–29 who are ready to take their first steps into an apprenticeship.
Candidates can receive tailored training across Health & Care, Construction, Warehousing, Hospitality, Childcare, Business Administration, Digital, and Manufacturing & Engineering, ensuring they’re prepared for your business needs. Working closely with you, we co-design programmes that reduce recruitment risks and enable you to trial candidates before committing, helping secure the right fit.
On successful completion of the programme, individuals transition smoothly into an apprenticeship, earning at least the National Living Wage — allowing your business to grow while delivering social value to local communities.

Our programme is fully funded through the West Midlands Combined Authority. There’s no financial commitment for you.

You can have as much input into the training as you like — take full control of the course content or leave it all to us.

How It Works & Who’s Eligible
We go beyond a standard recruitment service. Our team will work with you to co-design a bespoke programme that ensures learners are trained in the exact skills your business requires. This way, when candidates arrive, they’re motivated, prepared, and aligned with your company’s needs.
Our candidates are:
