Welcome to the Workpays Roundup!

(From right to left) Workpays' Managing Director, Anne Wright, Richard Keene, New Arrivals Alliance Manager at Community Action Derby, and Lindsay Hodgkinson, event organiser and Engagement Broker at Workpays.

The past few months have brought plenty of change across Workpays — alongside some exciting milestones that highlight the progress we’re making together.

We’re proud to have reached our highest number of apprentices on record, supporting more individuals and employers than ever before. Our Restart contracts have also seen a strong turnaround, with participants gaining the confidence and opportunities they need to move forward. Looking ahead, we’re preparing to launch our new sub-brand, Greenpays, which will further strengthen our offer — more details to follow soon.

Thank you to all our partners for your continued support and collaboration. Together, we’re making a real difference.

Apprenticeships — Developing Talent, Driving Growth

At Workpays, we design apprenticeship programmes from Level 2 to Level 5 that help employers attract new talent, upskill existing staff, and build sustainable teams. From Business Administration and HR to Project Management, Financial Services, and Customer Service, our programmes are tailored to fit the structure and goals of each organisation.

As a multi-award-winning, Ofsted-rated Good provider, we’re proud to work in partnership with employers across the UK — embedding ourselves into their culture and delivering results that last.

“Workpays care; they care for the learners, they care for their relationship with us, and they care for each other. This is evident at all levels and areas of the business.”

— Paul Wright, The Co-operative Bank

Employers gain a cost-effective, fully funded way to future-proof their workforce — and apprentices gain the skills and confidence to succeed.

Partnership in Action: Severn Trent & Workpays 🌟

Learners at our Derby centre recently took part in a week-long Level 1 Customer Service course through the Adult Skills Fund. The programme finished with an employer-led session from Severn Trent, featuring CV support, interview preparation, and innovative VR practice.

The result? Learners left inspired, confident, and ready to take their next step — a great example of how employer partnerships can transform training into real opportunity.
