Welcome to the Workpays Roundup!

(From right to left) Workpays' Managing Director, Anne Wright, Richard Keene, New Arrivals Alliance Manager at Community Action Derby, and Lindsay Hodgkinson, event organiser and Engagement Broker at Workpays.

The last month has brought plenty of change — but also opportunity. As we say farewell to long-standing contracts like ASK, we’re reminded of the incredible impact our teams have made, helping thousands of young people discover apprenticeships and career paths.

At Workpays, growth means more than numbers. It’s seen in the extra mile a colleague goes to support a learner, the guidance shared over lunch, or the time invested in developing others. That commitment to leading with kindness is what drives our success.

As we welcome new faces and expand our offer — including benefits like Paycare and new learning opportunities — I’m proud of the culture we continue to build: one where people thrive and progress together.

CONTRACT SPOTLIGHT

Path 2 Apprenticeships — Your Bridge to Future Talent

The Path 2 Apprenticeships (P2A) programme supports young people aged 19–29 who are not in full-time education or employment, helping them build the confidence, skills, and experience needed to transition into the world of work and onto an apprenticeship.

Over 4 to 16 weeks, participants receive tailored support with CV writing, interview skills, green and digital skills, and are guaranteed an interview for a paid apprenticeship. Employers benefit from motivated, work-ready individuals — with no recruitment costs.

"Before the programme, I had no real idea what I wanted to do. But now I’ve found a clear direction and I’m excited for what’s next."

Matthew Howell, P2A Learner
