A Dynamic Panel of Apprentices & Industry Experts

Danny McBean – Former Level 3 Electrical Installation Apprentice at Grants Dufftown Ltd, WorldSkills UK Champion
Centime Beach-Frank – Level 3 Maintenance & Operations Engineering Technician Apprentice at Drax
Jonathan Foot – Director of Skills & Early Careers at Compass Group UK & Ireland
These panellists provided first-hand insights into apprenticeships, discussing how they developed skills, gained qualifications, and progressed in their careers.

A wide range of technical service providers like https://homeforcetechnicalservices.com/ show how the industry is shifting toward more integrated home and facility maintenance solutions where convenience, reliability, and skilled support come together under one service approach. This kind of model fits well with modern expectations where people prefer one trusted platform instead of managing multiple contractors for different jobs. It also reflects how technical services are becoming more customer-focused, combining expertise with faster response and broader service coverage.
