National training group BrightPeak is rapidly expanding its reach across the UK, leveraging the combined expertise of three specialist providers to support more learners and employers than ever before.

With Orangebox Training Solutions, Workpays and WS Training now partnered under the BrightPeak umbrella, the trading name of parent company Coniston Peak, the group is delivering a continuous pathway of educational and employment support.

Rather than operating in isolation, the three training models are now working collaboratively across multiple regions. This allows BrightPeak to offer a service that guides individuals through their entire career lifecycle, from specialised educational needs and overcoming substantial barriers, all the way to full-time learning, apprenticeships and career progression.

Supporting Learners at Every Stage

The expanded reach of BrightPeak means the group can now connect the distinct strengths of its three training providers to support any learner's specific needs.

"Our expanding reach means we can now support people at every single stage of their employment journey, right across the country," said Alex Glasner, co-CEO of BrightPeak.

"Whether someone is furthest from the labour market, close to securing a role, or looking to progress in their current career, we have a specialist model to help them. By growing our footprint across three distinct regions, we are uniquely positioned to support both large and small employers in every one of their locations."

Three Specialist Providers, One Mission

WS Training specialises in highly bespoke study programmes for young people with substantial barriers, including special educational needs and those not in education, employment, or training (NEET).

Workpays brings a 15-year legacy of creating pathways for those furthest from the labour market. By focusing on targeted employability and skills delivery, Workpays guides adult learners and young people into sustained apprenticeships and employment.

And Orangebox Training delivers adult skills programmes designed for individuals who are closer to being job-ready. They boast impressive job-entry rates and provide essential post-course sustainability support to ensure learners thrive once in work.

By uniting these three models, BrightPeak has widened its geographic footprint to support large and small employers across the Midlands, the North-East and the East of England, while sharing resources and best practices centrally.

A Collaborative Approach to Growth

Simon Corbett, BrightPeak Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and founder of Orangebox Training, highlighted the immense value of this collaborative expansion.

"It is incredibly important to have a group capable of supporting such a big variety of learners," he said. "We have a diverse network of learners and three highly exciting, proven delivery models. By bringing them all together, we are able to cover a much wider area and ensure we have the right pathway for everyone."

Anne Wright, BrightPeak's co-CEO and co-MD of Workpays, explained that the expansion is the result of careful, strategic planning designed to elevate the standards of the entire sector.

"Considering the size of Workpays and its careful organic growth over the past 15 years, there is very little employability and skills contract delivery that at some point has not been part of its portfolio," she said.

"Alex and I have been very strategic and diligent in the choices we have made in Orangebox and WS Training, and are delighted that we have not only widened our geographic reach, but we have onboarded two specialist providers in their area of delivery.

"To have WS Training now in the BrightPeak family has taken NEET delivery to an impressive new level, aligning closely with Workpays' ethos. Orangebox is a vibrant company, fast-paced and ambitious, with an exceptional skills delivery offer. Centrally, the past few months have been a delight connecting talent from within each company. We are proud to bring three amazingly unique companies together under BrightPeak, all sharing a collective desire to give the best possible service to our customers."

Expanding Opportunities Across the Country

Kirstie Wright, Group Head of Excellence at BrightPeak and former CEO of WS Training, emphasised how this shared knowledge directly benefits the public.

"Since WS Training has become part of BrightPeak, joining Workpays and Orangebox, the opportunities to further expand this service across other programmes and for adult learners has been enhanced no end," she said.

"Workpays has always committed to supporting apprentices and adult learners who are further away from employment, and Orangebox compliments this offer furthermore by providing continuity of 'course-to-job' opportunities.

"Working alongside colleagues across BrightPeak to share ideas, knowledge and resources has enhanced what WS Training can now offer, and this is invaluable. It enables us to provide a holistic education service across the country and ensure we can reach more young people and adults to gain valuable skills and build lasting careers."
