Workpays has partnered with Worcestershire County Council to deliver the Skills Bootcamp in Worcestershire — a fully funded programme helping individuals across the region gain the skills and confidence needed to move into employment in Construction, Warehousing, and Hospitality.
Delivered virtually over four weeks, this programme blends structured training with practical employability support, opening doors to new careers and helping local employers access job-ready candidates at no cost.

Funding & Eligibility
Skills Bootcamps are free, fully funded courses running over four weeks, giving people the opportunity to build sector-specific skills and receive a guaranteed interview with an employer upon completion.
To be eligible, you must:
✔️ Be aged 19 or over
✔️ Be unemployed or on a low income
✔️ Not hold a Level 3 qualification in the sector you are applying for
✔️ Be willing and able to commute to job roles within Worcestershire
