Costco needed a hassle-free way to recruit skilled candidates for their Derby location. The challenge was to find and prepare individuals who not only met Costco’s requirements but were also ready to thrive in a customer-focused environment. Our Approach

Workpays took on the responsibility of sourcing and pre-screening up to 30 potential candidates from the local community. Each candidate underwent a fully funded Level 1 Customer Service qualification to ensure they were well-prepared for the advertised roles at Costco. Following this training, Dominic Flanagan, Costco’s National HR Manager, visited our Derby centre to deliver an introductory session, giving candidates a deeper insight into Costco and the roles they were applying for.

The result was a streamlined recruitment process that saved Costco time and resources while providing them with a pool of qualified, motivated candidates ready for interviews.
