Overview

This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced care professional ready to take the next step into regional leadership. As an Apprentice Regional Care Lead at Restful Homes Group, you will oversee the operations of multiple care homes across a defined geographical area, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care, regulatory compliance and strong performance outcomes.


You will provide leadership and support to a team of Home Managers, champion continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders across the region.

Duties

  • Regularly audit care services within the region to monitor quality standards, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with regulatory bodies including the CQC

  • Ensure all care homes within the region adhere to relevant legislation, regulations and company policies covering care delivery, health and safety and data protection

  • Support the training and development of care staff across the region, ensuring adherence to established care plans and protocols and promoting a culture of continuous learning

  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents and families to provide updates on care and address any concerns promptly

  • Drive the implementation of individualised care plans, adapting them as necessary to meet the evolving needs of residents

  • Conduct regular risk assessments of resident needs, preferences and environments, ensuring services are tailored accordingly

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages professional development among staff

  • Ensure all documentation related to resident care is accurately maintained and updated in line with regulatory requirements

Salary:

National Living Wage, dependent on age
