Overview

The Process Leader apprenticeship is suitable for experienced team and operational leaders in the manufacturing or engineering sectors, who want to develop their leadership, technical and process management skills.

Key Skills

During the apprenticeship, you'll develop skills in resource planning, team management and problem solving. You'll gain an understanding of continuous improvement and lean principles, while learning to reduce waste, improve processes, work across teams and lead effectively.


You will also enhance your:

  • Understanding of key business strategies

  • Awareness of budgeting and cost control 

  • Project management and budgeting skills Ability to manage performance and achieve KPIs

Professional Qualifications

While this apprenticeship does not lead to a professional qualification, apprentices will gain and apply valuable transferable skills that are essential for their career development.
