Overview
Paraplanners provide the technical research and analysis that underpins high-quality financial advice, preparing compliant reports that support the recommendations made to clients. This apprenticeship builds deep technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning, alongside a mandatory regulatory qualification, preparing apprentices for a specialist role at the heart of financial advice.

Professional Qualifications
This apprenticeship includes a mandatory qualification, chosen from the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, the CISI Diploma in Investment Advice, or the LIBF Diploma for Financial Advisers.

The Paraplanner & Financial Planner apprenticeship suits individuals with some financial services experience, often progressing from a Financial Services Administrator or Customer Adviser background, moving into technical research and planning.
