Overview
Business Analysts investigate business problems and translate them into practical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and shape better ways of working. This apprenticeship builds the analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills needed to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will develop your requirements gathering, process modelling and stakeholder analysis skills, alongside your ability to present findings clearly. You will also strengthen your:

Professional Qualifications
While this apprenticeship does not lead to a mandatory professional qualification, it aligns closely with BCS (The Chartered Institute for IT) standards recognised across the profession.
