Overview

Housing & Property Management professionals create and sustain successful tenancies across the private and social rented sectors, balancing customer service with regulatory compliance. This apprenticeship builds the skills to manage tenancies, resolve issues and support communities, whatever the specialism within housing.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will develop your understanding of tenancy law and housing legislation, your case management skills, and your ability to support residents through challenging situations. You will also strengthen your:

  • Anti-social behaviour and safeguarding awareness

  • Record keeping and compliance

Professional Qualifications

While this apprenticeship does not lead to a mandatory professional qualification, it builds a strong technical foundation relevant to the Chartered Institute of Housing.
