Overview
The Employability Practitioner apprenticeship is suitable for frontline employability advisers working in the public, private or charitable sectors who want to develop specialist knowledge to improve the support they provide service users.

Key Skills
During the apprenticeship, you'll develop skills in holistic assessment, personalised action planning and targeted interventions. You'll learn to manage complex caseloads, solve problems, and build expertise in coaching, behavioural change and stakeholder management.
You will also enhance your:

Ability to use digital platforms
Advisory and multi-agency networking skills
Ability to manage personal performance

Online or face-to-face live tutor-led masterclasses, guided self-study, practical workplace tasks, and 1:1 mentoring support.
Career Progression
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the knowledge and experience to progress to more senior roles including Lead Employment Adviser, Senior Employment Coach or Case Manager.
