Apprentices will develop the confidence to communicate professionally with clients and build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.

During the apprenticeship, you will develop your planning, data management and problem solving skills. You will improve your understanding of why organisations have objectives and how they use strategies to achieve them. You will be introduced to prioritisation and time management approaches. You will also enhance your:

  • Awareness of stakeholders and their role in the organisation 

  • Project management and planning skills 

  • Digital competency 

  • Ability to create and manage documents

Professional Qualifications

While this apprenticeship does not lead to a professional qualification, apprentices will gain and apply valuable transferable skills that are essential for their career development.
