Course Payment & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all commercial training courses delivered under the Greenpays brand by Workpays Ltd and applies to both individual learners and employer bookings. Payments: Course fees must be paid according to the following schedule. Courses under £300 require full payment at the time of booking. Courses priced between £301 and £500 require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable at least 7 days before the course start date. Courses priced between £501 and £1000 require a 40% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the course begins. Courses priced above £1000 require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. Payment plans may be available for higher value bookings and will be agreed directly with Workpays before the course starts. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified deadline may result in the booking being cancelled. Employers booking multiple learners may be eligible for volume discounts. Where employers wish to book multiple employees across different courses or dates, tailored pricing may be available. Contact us at Greenpays@workpays.co.uk to find out more. Promotional codes may be used for specific marketing campaigns and must be applied at checkout. Course Cancellation by Workpays: If Workpays cancels a course, learners will be offered an alternative course date. If this is not suitable, a full refund will be issued. Cancellation by the Purchaser: If a booking is cancelled by the learner or employer: • 14 days or more before the course start date – full refund • 7–13 days before the course start date – deposit retained • Less than 7 days before the course start date – no refund Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances such as illness or bereavement, subject to appropriate evidence. Refunds will normally be processed within 5–7 working days.
