In this role, you’ll be working closely with a wide range of people, helping to deliver tailored waste removal solutions that keep projects running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to expert for customers, combining top-tier customer service with sharp organisational skills and a knack for solving problems on the fly.

Duties

  • The apprentice will be delivering excellent customer service within a dynamic, ever-changing waste management environment

  • The role involves managing phone and email inquiries, offering logistics support, and handling common operational issues

  • The role would suit someone who is a good problem solver with great people skills

  • The role is working with a range of people, and as such, the apprentice will need to communicate effectively with people and organisations from a range of sectors and industries

Salary:

National Living Wage, dependent on age

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
