You must be aged 19–29, living in the Black Country or Coventry area, claiming Universal Credit, and not in full-time employment or education.

This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support within a dynamic financial services team. You will help ensure smooth and efficient operations while working to FCA regulations and compliance standards. The role requires a proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to grow within a supportive environment. Duties
Provide general administrative support to financial advisers and the wider team
Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks meet FCA and compliance requirements
Assist with customer communications, offering a friendly and professional service
Organise documents, update systems, and follow internal processes effectively
Salary:
National Living Wage, dependent on age

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm
