Overview

This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support within a dynamic financial services team. You will help ensure smooth and efficient operations while working to FCA regulations and compliance standards. The role requires a proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to grow within a supportive environment. Personality is key — the employer is looking for someone friendly, approachable, and a good listener who can contribute positively to the customer journey.

Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to financial advisers and the wider team

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks meet FCA and compliance requirements

  • Assist with customer communications, offering a friendly and professional service

  • Organise documents, update systems, and follow internal processes effectively

Salary:

National Living Wage, dependent on age

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm
