You must be aged 19–29, living in the Black Country or Coventry area, claiming Universal Credit, and not in full-time employment or education.
Overview
This role allows you to learn about building surveying, supporting professionals in inspections, CAD drawings and tender documentation.
Duties
Assist surveyors with building inspections
Help prepare CAD drawings
Support preparation of tender documents
Maintain project records and reports
Salary:
National Living Wage, dependent on age

Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm (37.5 hours per week)
