Overview

For a project to be successful, it needs to achieve its objectives and be delivered on time and within budget. Using proven methodologies and approaches, this apprenticeship will give individuals the knowledge and skills to create effective project plans, communicate with stakeholders and manage associated resources. It will ensure projects are delivered right, the first time.

Key Skills

During the apprenticeship, you will develop your stakeholder management and communication skills, your understanding of budgeting and cost control and your ability to effectively manage resources. You will also enhance your:

  • Knowledge of quality management approaches

  • Planning and scheduling expertise

  • Awareness of risk

  • Skill in project governance

Professional Qualifications

While this apprenticeship does not lead to a professional qualification, apprentices will gain and apply valuable transferable skills that are essential for their career development.

Online or face-to-face live tutor-led masterclasses, guided self-study, practical workplace tasks, and 1:1 mentoring support.
