Overview
Improvement Technicians use structured problem-solving and continuous improvement tools to make processes more efficient, reduce waste and support a culture of continuous improvement. This apprenticeship builds practical, hands-on skills in Lean, Six Sigma and root cause analysis, applied directly to real workplace challenges.
