Key Skills
This apprenticeship is designed for more experienced individuals working in a customer-facing role. They will be responsible for managing more complex or technical customer requests, complaints or queries and will act as customer service expertise within their organisation.
Professional Qualifications
While this apprenticeship does not lead to a professional qualification, apprentices will gain and apply valuable transferable skills that are essential for their career development.
Who Is This For?
During the apprenticeship you will learn how to build effective client relationships and personalise your approach, develop advanced questioning, listening and summarising techniques to influence sales and understand how to use creativity to solve problems. You will also improve your:
Knowledge of the customer journey
Awareness of customer service culture and how they impact on performance
Ability to create a positive customer experience
Drive service improvements.
