Key Skills

During the apprenticeship, you will develop your communication and influencing skills, learn verbal and non-verbal tools to overcome objections, manage complaints and drive sales, and understand how to deliver right first-time customer service. You will also improve your:

  • Product knowledge

  • Awareness of customer service systems and processes

  • Team working

  • Time management and presentation skills


Professional Qualifications

While this apprenticeship does not lead to a professional qualification, apprentices will gain and apply valuable transferable skills that are essential for their career development.

Who Is This For?

This is an entry-level apprenticeship for individuals who provide first point of contact support, advice and guidance to clients over the phone, via email and face-to-face.

Delivery Method

Online or face-to-face live tutor-led masterclasses, guided self-study, practical workplace tasks, and 1:1 mentoring support.

Career Progression

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the knowledge and experience to progress to more senior roles, including Team Leader and Customer Service Manager.
