Key Skills
This is an entry-level apprenticeship for individuals who provide first point of contact support, advice and guidance to clients within the financial sector over the phone, via email, and in branch.
Professional Qualifications
While this apprenticeship does not lead to a professional qualification, apprentices will gain and apply valuable transferable skills that are essential for their career development.

During the apprenticeship you will develop your communication skills, understanding of how to deliver outstanding customer service and recognise the legal, regulatory and compliance frameworks that underpin the financial sector. You will also improve your:
