About this course
This programme develops the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve operational or departmental goals. Usually accountable to a more senior manager or business owner, you will learn how to create effective operational plans and how to manage teams, change, resources and finances.

What courses can I progress to?
Upon completion of this apprenticeship, you can register as a Full Member with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership and Management. You can also apply for Chartered Manager status if you have 3 years or more of leadership experience.
