About this course
This programme develops expert, technical knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to identify customer needs, and then meet these needs by advising on the most suitable of your organisation’s products. You’ll learn how to advise customers on products such as bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance.

Course duration
17 months
What courses can I progress to?
Once you complete this apprenticeship, you’ll also be eligible to join the Institute of Customer Service as an individual member at the Professional level.
Tuition fees
£8,000 for levy employers from levy pot, £400 for non-levy employers through co-investment.
