About this course

Behind every financial adviser, there’s an amazing team of highly skilled, technical administrative support. In the ever-changing and progressively complex legislation and compliance rules, the role of the administrator within financial services organisations is more crucial than ever.

Suitable for both large network organisations and SME advice businesses, this programme develops the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to provide a range of support services to your organisation, including technology, compliance, and consultancy support.

What will I study?

  • Understanding the financial services market, your organisation, and the products it offers

  • Using systems and processes to comply with regulatory and organisational standards

  • Working collaboratively to develop high-quality customer communication and build lasting relationships

Why study here?

We don’t just develop the knowledge and skills, we go above and beyond to develop interpersonal skills that help you develop your career.
