Professional Qualifications

Apprentices will be able to study the Certificate in Retail and Digital Banking (Cert RDB) as part of this apprenticeship.

Delivery Method

Online or face-to-face live tutor-led masterclasses, guided self-study, practical workplace tasks, and 1:1 mentoring support.

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the knowledge and experience to progress to more senior roles, including Customer Service Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager.
