How we can help you through redundancy
Being made redundant can be very traumatic, but it doesn’t have to be the end of your world. In today’s rapidly shifting employment market, redundancy is common. In fact, research suggests that most people will be made redundant at least once during their career for one reason or another. But while redundancy was once a dreaded word, these days, it can mean a bright new start.
As a well-respected training provider, we work with businesses and individuals to provide bespoke redundancy programmes that focus on the skills needed to get you back into employment fast.
We offer a choice of two courses, which run for a period of three or five days, dependent on the level of assistance you require.
Coaching & Confidence Building
In addition to the courses above, we offer coaching and confidence building on an ongoing basis for an agreed period of time while you continue to seek out employment or self-employment opportunities.
We can also assist you to utilise the internet and social media to search for jobs and employment opportunities.
Delivery locations for these fully funded courses are in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Alternatively, we can deliver on site within your business!

Our redundancy courses are aimed at individuals that are:
At risk of redundancy: For employees identified by the employer as at risk of redundancy or where formal consultations with staff representatives on the need to make redundancies has commenced.
Recently redundant: For individuals who are unemployed as a result of redundancy which occurred within in the three months prior to the individual starting on the programme delivered.
