This is also the second time that Workpays have won Legal, Finance, and Accounting Apprenticeship Provider of the Year, recognising the success that Workpays have had in delivering high quality apprenticeships in this sector.

Alex Glasner, Managing Director of Workpays, said:

“We are thrilled to win such a prestigious award for a third year in a row. This really is testament to the dedication of our apprenticeship team, who work day-in day-out to provide the best training possible to individuals across the country. Apprenticeships are an amazing way to support employees to gain the skills they need to excel as well as a great path to grow new talent. Our portfolio of apprenticeships and accredited qualifications enable this to happen”

Alex continued “All our programmes are tailored to the businesses and individuals we work with, each with its own unique learner journey, this is what has set us apart. We know first-hand how this can change people’s lives and help businesses grow. This award is further recognition of the hard work of our entire team and I’m incredibly proud.”

With 10 centres across the Midlands, Workpays help people at all stages of their employment journey; whether it be putting the first step on the employment ladder, finding a career after a break, or working with business to train existing staff to support business growth.

The Annual Apprenticeship Awards are run by FE Week The Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) with City and Guilds, and aim to celebrate excellence in apprenticeship delivery across the UK. The awards were established in 2017, and are incredibly competitive.
