£7,000 for levy employers from levy pot, £350 for non-levy employers through co-investment

Business performance is dependent on the effectiveness of your leadership team. Development of your managers is vital in enabling business growth and protecting the vision and core identity of your organisation.

This programme develops the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve operational or departmental goals. Usually accountable to a more senior manager or business owner, you will learn how to create effective operational plans and how to manage teams, change, resource and finances.

Upon completion of this apprenticeship, you can register as a Full Member with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership and Management. You can also apply for Chartered Manager status if you have 3 years’ or more of leadership experience.

Organisational performance: delivering results

Interpersonal excellence: managing people and delivering results

Personal effectiveness: managing self
