Associate Project Manager

Level 4 apprenticeship

18 months

£6,000 for levy employers from levy pot, £300 for non-levy employers through co-investment

The success of every project is determined by the way it’s managed, making the need for project management training high on any organisation’s agenda. Effective project managers need strong planning, organisational, leadership, management and communication skills.

Our programme is designed not only to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve your company’s operational and departmental goals, but also to develop your own career and grow in your organisation. We will help you learn how to manage teams, resources, and budget and create effective operational plans to propel your organisation forward.

From the moment you start this programme, you can join the Association for Project Management (AMP) as a Student Member, progressing to Associate Member upon successful completion of your apprenticeship. Full membership can then be attained through further experience and professional development.

Subjects include:

Creating business cases and managing project scope

Governance, risk, quality and resource management

Budgeting and schedule management

Stakeholder and communications management
