Managing or supervising colleagues to ensure motivation and high levels of output requires specialist skills. The development of these abilities enables your business to grow while maintaining it’s core values and principles through your leaders.

Our programme develops the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to take responsibility for managing a team, ensuring that your team members are supported, managed and developed to excel. You will also learn how to deliver operational plans, resolve problems and build relationships.

Upon completion of this apprenticeship, you can register as an Associate Member with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership and Management.
