Customers of banks, building societies, and other financial services organisations often look for instant support for any issue they face and customer advisers need to be able to respond effectively to help.
This programme develops expert, technical knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to identify customer needs, then meet these needs by advising on the most suitable of your organisation’s products. You’ll learn how to advise customers on products such as bank accounts, credit cards, loans and insurances.
Our expert Training Development Coaches have customer service experience within financial services organisations of all sizes, giving you real life industry scenarios to bring your learning to reality.
Upon completion of this apprenticeship, you’ll be well on your way to gaining professional membership of the Charted Banker Institute, the London Institute of Banking & Finance, or the Chartered Insurance Institute, depending on the area your apprenticeship focuses on.
