Suitable for both large network organisations and SME advice businesses, this programme develops the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to provide a range of support services to your organisation, including technology, compliance, and consultancy support.
Subjects include:
Understanding the financial services market, your organisation, and the products it offers
Using systems and processes to comply with regulatory and organisational standards.
Working collaboratively to develop high quality customer communication and build lasting relationships
Self development, including organisational, adaptability, and dependability skills
