£3,500 for levy employers from levy pot, £175 for non-levy employers through co-investment

Providing high quality services to your customers is vital to your businesses success. This programme provides the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to ensure all customer interactions meet and exceed your business standards.

Our customer service apprenticeships have been developed by industry specialists who have worked in customer service environments, appreciating the need for practical, adaptable and innovative skills development that is tailored to your organisation. Once you complete this apprenticeship, you’ll also be eligible to join the Institute of Customer Service as an individual member at Professional level.
