Getting your life back on track if you have an offending background can be hard work, so it’s good to know that Workpays can provide the support you need through the WoW programme.

If you are aged between 16 and 24, have an offending background and are currently not in education, employment or training, here’s a real opportunity to change things.


The key to the WoW programme is flexibility. Here’s what you can expect:

  • One-2-one support and comprehensive mentoring.
  • Job search support including
    • Weekly mandatory job clubs.
    • Creating a winning CV.
    • Advice on how to impress at interviews.
  • Confidence building
  • Money management

We’ll work with you to identify your skills and abilities and point you at job opportunities that are both realistic and available. Community volunteering can also play a part to identify and build your skills.

In return for effort and commitment from you, Workpays offer the following:

  • Support with English, maths and ICT.
  • Help with ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)
  • Accredited and non-accredited qualifications – More than 200 courses in subjects including admin, construction, enterprise, finance, health, hospitality, ICT, logistics, retail and tourism.
  • Weekly mentoring including accompanying you to appointments
  • Sourcing support modules e.g. mental health, confidence.
