You will be awarded £50.00 of your choice of vouchers by your local Workpays team if the individual who you refer to us is: not already known by Workpays, we don’t have the individual’s details on our systems, and is eligible for one of our programmes, which they then must complete all elements of their learning agreement in full, timely, and successfully.

This scheme is for individual to individual referrals only, and referrals from organisations will not be eligible to attract this voucher. Individuals who are completing an apprenticeship programme with Workpays are also not eligible.

The voucher is payable once the individual you refer completes all elements of their learning plan in full, timely, and successfully.

We reserve the right to withhold payment of this reward for any reason, and vouchers will be awarded at the local Workpays centre manager’s discretion.

We also reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any any time and without notice.
