Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

We have partnered with Bupa to offer all employees access to a free 24-hour confidential helpline service. Bupa’s qualified experts can help you talk through any worrries, as well as give you information on practical matters.

Mentorships (Current Employees)

All current employees can ask for a mentor, to support professional development and provide opportunities for learning and growing.

Mentorships (New Employees)

All new employees will get a mentor, who is of the same seniority as their line manager.

BOOST YOUR ANNUAL LEAVE

To reward the hard work, tenacity, and commitment that comes with long service, your paid leave will increase over time.

Under 1 year of service              –      25 days annual leave

1 year of service                           –      26 days includes a day off for your birthday

5 years of service                         –      27 days off

10 years of service                       –      28 days off

Employees can use up to five days of their annual leave as sick or personal days.

REFER A FRIEND

– Refer a friend to work for us and earn £50 if they’re employed

– Earn £50 if a referred employee passes probation
